ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL INVOICE AND MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY PACOLONLINE, PRIOR RETURN. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSABILITY TO USE THESE PRODUCTS AS INTENDED. PACOLONLINE LLC makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days from the date the customer purchases the item. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. The purchaser of this item acknowledges that PACOLONLINE LLC shall in no way be responsible or liable to purchaser or any other party for any use or misuse of this item. The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser has not and does not rely on PACOLONLINE, LLC skill or judgment with regard to the selection of the goods as fit or suitable for any particular purpose. In shipping instances, if the purchaser does not opt for shipping insurance, item damage will not be covered. To take advantage of this warranty the purchaser must notify PACOLONLINE LLC of intent to return and the product or part must be returned to PACOLONLINE, LLC with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. Within this 30-day period the purchaser may also elect for a refund, not including shipping costs. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product. If the item is not returned in “new” condition with all packaging and accessories, it will have a minimum 15% refurbishing fee. Maximum of 25% will be accessed upon inspection of the item.
